Overview

Steps to edit the main staff directory in SchoolWires (District website).

You will need administrative rights to the site in order to do this.  If you are not an admin user, please request any directory changes or updates via a help desk ticket.

Step-by-step Guide

Log into SchoolWires site.

Go to Our District > District Information

Go to Staff Directory

Go to Tools tab.

Click Minibase.

In the App Manager window, click on District Employee Directory (middle column under App Instances).  In the Details column on the right, click Edit.

Records here can be added or edited.

Click Filter to search for a specific record.
