Human Resources should generate a new account e-mail when you are hired. It is likely to go to whatever address you used in your job application.
You should have received an invite to set up an account in late May/early June of 2018. It would have gone to your school or a personal e-mail account, depending on what we had in the system. If you did not receive an invite, please submit a ticket so that we can verify your e-mail address and send a new invite.
If you received an invite but never set up the account, it may have expired (invite links work for 30 days, and are personalized for each individual user). Please submit a ticket requesting a new invite to be sent.
