Instructions for installation and initial login for the Mitel Connect software on a MacBook. This replaces Shoretel Communicator software.
Anyone with an assigned extension (which includes voicemail-only extensions) can use Mitel Connect.
Caller will see number forwarded to when answered.
Find Mitel Connect in Microsoft System Center > Software Center.
Click on Mitel Connect. Choose Install.
Once it is installed, start the application. It will be listed in the Programs menu under Mitel > Mitel Connect.
Your login is the same district username and password used for other services like Infinite Campus.
On a PC, you can check the box for "Use Windows Credentials"
Click Show Advanced to add the server name, which is: mitel.isd720.com
Checking the "Remember Me" box is also recommended.
