Notes on how to properly connect to your Exchange e-mail account in order to properly show calendar status (available, busy) in Mitel Connect.

Step-by-step Guide

If you see the red warning box as shown below when using Mitel Connect, you should follow the steps in this article to connect your e-mail account.

Go to the Mitel Connect menu and choose Preferences.

In the Preferences area, you should start in the Account section.  In that section is a tab called AD Credentials.

If it is empty, enter your full e-mail address and usual password.

Then, click Save Credentials.

You'll know it has worked successfully when you see the screen as shown below, with the red "unlink" box showing.  That's it, you can close out of the preferences area.

If the process fails and you see a message as shown below, totally Quit Mitel Connect, go back into it, and try again.  If it still does not work, please submit a help ticket.
