Instructions for installing a generic printer driver for home use.

This is not guaranteed to work, but for most major models and common printers it should.

Step-by-step Guide

Go to self service.

Select the Printers category on the left side.

Install one of the “generic” print drivers for the brand of printer you have at home.  We don’t have a generic driver for every brand, but most major brands are covered.

The "generic" drivers are listed as the manufacturer name, such as "Epson printer drive", "Fuji-Xerox Printer Driver", or "HP Printer Driver" in the example below.

AFTER the driver is installed, you can attempt to connect to a home printer.  Please note that this is not guaranteed to work, but there is no way we can support every possible printer that might be at home.
