Overview

Following steps walk through how to expand and confirm members of district managed mail groups.

Step-by-step Guide

Open new email in outlook.

Add desired mail groups to address field.

Note the little plus (plus) to left of the name.

Click the plus (plus) ()next to group name to expand.


In some cases local Outlook's Offline Address book may not know the members of a group.

Click here for work around.

Open Address book

Select Global Address List from drop down:

Search group and add:
